Joseph Gal is a Professor of Medicine, Pathology, and Pharmacology, University of Colorado School of Medicine, Division of Clinical Pharmacology
Jill S. Groark is the Medical Group Management Association’s (MGMA) Market Research Manager, responsible for managing primary and secondary research projects that support the associations’ strategy needs. She has over 10 years of experience within the market research industry, conducting both qualitative and quantitative research for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications and packaged goods industries. She was a Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Jill will be discussing the role of research at MGMA, a non-profit member based association for professional administrators and leaders of medical group practices. She will present examples of recent research initiatives including what the data revealed and how the information helps further the association’s mission to continually improve the performance of medical group practice professionals and the organizations they represent.
